As a team, my second photographer and I are both also recording video clips throughout the day, as well as photography. We're able to separate to be in two places at once. That means we can do getting ready coverage at multiple locations, and get multiple ceremony angles easily without being obtrusive.

If you're looking to capture every moment of your Quince day on both photo and video, this is the package for you! With a dedicated cinematographer I don't need to decide whether I want to capture a moment in photo or video - you simply get the best of both worlds. With things like getting ready or capturing expressions of family and friends in the ceremony, I can't be in two places at once. Having a second dedicated photographer allows us to capture those special moments from various angles.

<ul><li>Rescheduling and Cancellations:</li><li>Rescheduling is allowed with at least 30 days’ notice and subject to availability.</li><li>Cancellations within 30 days of the elopement date will forfeit the deposit.</li><li>Weather Conditions:</li><li>Photography sessions proceed in most weather conditions.</li><li>In cases of severe weather, rescheduling may be possible based on availability.</li><li>Permits and Permissions:</li><li>Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits for photography at their chosen locations.</li><li>Additional Hours:</li><li>Extra coverage is available for $300/hour if needed.</li><li>Copyright and Usage:</li><li>The photographer retains copyright of all images.</li><li>Clients receive a print release to share and print their photos for personal use.</li><li>Force Majeure:</li><li>In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.), the photographer will do their best to find a replacement or reschedule the session.</li><li>Client Cooperation:</li><li>Timely cooperation and adherence to the agreed timeline are crucial for capturing the best moments of your day.</li></ul>
